SonarQube: jacoco.xmlReportPaths in Root-POM auslagern

sonar.coverage.jacoco.xmlReportPaths wird jetzt als Property im Root-POM
gepflegt statt als -D-Parameter im mvn sonar:sonar-Befehl des Jenkinsfile.
